Phoebe is not an investment adviser
Phoebe is a software tool. It is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, the CFTC, the NFA, or any state securities regulator.
Nothing Phoebe produces — its research, its written reasoning, the price zones it identifies, or the orders it places — is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. It does not consider your financial situation, your other holdings, your tax position or your goals.
You can lose money
Investing in securities involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. The value of an investment can fall as well as rise. Phoebe is not suitable for money you cannot afford to lose.
Automation adds its own risks
Because Phoebe acts without asking you first, it can buy at a moment you would not have chosen. Software can contain defects. Market data can be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. A broker can reject, delay, or fill an order at a price different from the one displayed. An automated decision can simply be a bad decision.
No performance claims
We make no claim, promise or guarantee about investment results. We publish no past performance, no backtests, and no hypothetical returns. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.
No custody
Phoebe does not hold your money. Your funds and securities remain with your own brokerage — Robinhood or Webull — under their agreements and their protections. Phoebe cannot transfer, withdraw or deposit funds.
Market data
Prices shown in the app may be delayed by several minutes and are provided for information only. They are not trading quotes and should not be relied on for a time-sensitive decision.
Your responsibility
You decide whether to use Phoebe, what plan to give it, and what limits to set. Those decisions and their consequences are yours. Consider speaking with a qualified financial professional who can look at your whole situation before automating any part of your investing.
