Early members keep $8.99 a month for as long as they stay subscribed. Billed through the App Store when it launches; it renews each month until you cancel in iOS Settings.

There is no tier that gives you higher limits or faster monitoring. Everyone gets the same thing.
What you also need
A brokerage account at Robinhood or Webull, which is free to open and stays entirely yours. Phoebe does not charge commission and does not take a percentage of anything you hold.
Billing, cancelling and refunds
When Phoebe launches on the App Store, Apple is the seller — not us. That has three consequences worth stating plainly:
- Cancelling happens in iOS Settings, under your name, in Subscriptions. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled entirely by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one ourselves — there is no mechanism for a developer to do so.
- Auto-renewal continues each month until you cancel.
During the beta there is nothing to cancel, because there is nothing to pay.
Why $8.99
It is meant to be small enough not to think about, and large enough that we are working for you rather than for someone else. Phoebe does not sell your data, take payment for order flow, or earn anything from how often it trades.
