Phoebe is in private beta, so you are talking to the people who build it.
Reach us
Email support@phoebemarkets.com. During the beta this goes straight to the team, and we answer within a business day.
If something is wrong with money — an order you do not recognise, or anything involving your broker account — say so in the subject line and we will treat it as urgent.
Common situations
"It says my broker needs reconnecting"
Broker tokens expire periodically. Phoebe keeps watching your prices but cannot buy anything until you reconnect, which takes a few seconds in Settings → Broker. Nothing is lost while it waits.
"It hasn't bought anything"
That is the normal state. Phoebe only buys when a price actually reaches a zone it identified and every one of your limits passes. Long quiet stretches are the design working, not failing. Your journal shows what it considered each day.
"It sold something"
Phoebe sells for exactly two reasons: a position reached a target, or it fell to its stop. Either way the sale, the level it reached, and the stop's history are in your journal, and the notification carries the exact fill. If you see a sale that matches neither reason, email us with the details and we will treat it as urgent.
"I sold something myself in the broker's app"
That is fine. Phoebe checks your broker's own record of what you hold, so a manual sale frees the room under your caps and the position drops out of its watch. It will not try to sell shares you no longer have.
"I want it to stop right now"
Settings → Auto-investing → off. Every new buy stops immediately. Nothing you hold is liquidated, positions already under a stop keep it, and nothing about your plan changes.
"I want to change my budget or limits"
Settings → Rules & limits. Any change shows you the full summary again and asks you to confirm it before it takes effect.
"Phoebe says my limits can't be read"
Your plan is a text document, and an edit can occasionally leave the limits section in a shape it cannot parse. While that is true, nothing is bought. The app offers to rebuild the limits from defaults, keeping your written strategy intact.
"I want to delete my account"
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. Phoebe stops investing and deletes your sign-in, your plan, your alerts and your stored Robinhood connection. Nothing is sold, and your Robinhood account stays open — it was never ours. The record of the orders Phoebe placed is kept, without your sign-in. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Reporting a security issue
Email support@phoebemarkets.com with "security" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable window to fix anything before making it public.
